The Integrated applications » Version control system » Subversion branch of Settings includes the following option.

Full path to the Subversion binary

By default, this field is populated with the full path to the Subversion client binary if UEStudio that Subversion is installed on the system. This is required in order to use Subversion support with projects. Click Browse to browse to and select the location of the Subversion binary if this is incorrect or not set.

Note: Subversion is not automatically downloaded and installed by UEStudio and must be installed separately. You can download and install the Subversion client library for Windows.
