The Integrated applications » JavaScript Lint branch of Settings includes the following option.

Full path for JavaScript Lint configuration file

By default, this field is populated with the path to a JavaScript Lint configuration file with default settings. This file is used as the configuration for the JavaScript Lint feature available in the Coding tab. If desired, you can create a custom configuration file in another location and specify the path to that file here. Click the Open button to open the specified file for editing.
