Print

Shortcut: Ctrl+P

The "Print" dialog allows you to select a printer and print the active file. This dialog has the following options:

Name
Allows you to choose the printer and printer connection.

Properties
Opens the (system) printer properties for the selected printer.

Print to file
Allows you to print to a PRN file (a file containing special instructions for the printer) which can then be stored, moved, or printed later.

Print range
Allows you to choose the pages you wish to print:

• All prints the entire document
• Selection prints the currently selected text
• Pages prints the range of pages you specify in the From and To boxes

Copies
Allows you to set the number of copies you want to print for the above page range.

Collate Copies
This will prints copies in page number order, instead of separated multiple copies of each page.
