UltraEdit allows you to set bookmarks to mark a position in a file. Once a bookmark has been set at a line, you may use menu or keyboard commands to move to that line.

By default, the the column position is bookmarked with the line so that when you jump to the bookmarked line, the caret is positioned at the bookmarked column as well. However, you can configure this behavior in the [[Editor:Bookmarks|Editor » Bookmarks]] section in Settings.

Bookmarked lines are visually represented by a highlighted line number background, or the entire line depending upon your settings in the [[Editor:Bookmarks|Editor » Bookmarks]] section in Settings.
